I have a GoPro Hero 4 Black that I believe has a bad image sensor. While recording 1080p 60fps or any 1080p setting, I randomly get green and purple streaks on the video that last for mutliple minutes and sometimes the whole video. It seems to be speratic and not all the time but it seems to be doing that more frequently.
I have tried multiple sd cards. The sd cards are a SanDisk Extreme PRO 64GB with a 95MB/s. The sd cards work fine in my other GoPros. I have had them formatted so I'm almost postive the SD cards are not the problem. The GoPro's firmware is updated. What can I do to fix this problem?

On any page at the bottom will be gopro's contact number, only way t oget through besides chat? They are under heavy volume of calls, and will take many tries and hours of waiting, Gopro is a Sales market store, not a repair Center, they do repair to resell camera's notto repair parts . You're under warranty, you'll get a new camera? If you are out of warranty they'll work with you on a discounted model, it will be close or equal the trade up pricing. That is how GoPro works. If a Staff member pops in that they are a community staff member can not offer anything but see support.

Having the same problem as well as freezing. Bought a brand new SD card and this isn't the problem. The image sensors seems to be going like nothing. Goodluck with this as these parts are sold out at ifixit (quite the give away that these parts are malfunctioning). Have been trying to get hold of this part for ages now. I find it quite ironic that these cameras don't get fixed by GoPro and that we are left to buy new ones at a discount. This all sounds great but I have had this happen to me twice already with the same model Hero 4 Black (different camera).
Goodluck brother. (Jacobt236) Keep me posted on your journey.
