Thanks, but I already contacted support (see above). This clearly wont progress unless I spend more time and money on it, and chances are that once I've proved it isnt the card it'll hit a dead end because it's an old camera.

I got hold of a card that was on the compatablity list and got back in touch with support. They have now run out of ideas other than to try and sell me a hero 7.

What a joke.
