Hero 3 white ed. sd card

Hello, My GoPro hero 3 white ed camera, stopped seeing the memory card! I do not know what to do, help pls.

May I know what SD card brand and model are you using? 

Have you tried resetting the camera to factory settings and reformat the SD card? 

If you already did those please check your SD card if it's a recommended SD card. 

If it is a recommended SD card then it might damaged already.
