Hello @sweetoasis15036. Is this affecting all the videos/pictures that you have? Doe sit matter which device is used for playback? Is this observed in bright environments as well? If you have not done it yet, try manually updating the camera firmware through steps here, make sure that the lenses are clean and try sample recordings again. Let us know how it works out.
