Helpdesk = helldesk?

I have broken my Hero8 camera, suctioncup couldn't handle the bumps. Support was very kind and told me I could get a cheap replacement if I became GoPro member. I did that online, easypeasy. After that I have had numerous calls with the callcenter. They have to process the discounted payment through the phone, which is crazy, which the operator agrees on, but sorry etc.... I've given my cc data numerous times but I still don't get the order, GoPro says the payment bounced but my cc company says no attempt was made to get the payment from the card.

 

I've entered my data on the support form lots of times now, and did get the callback (the chat is NEVER on). Very friendly, lots of sorry's, but they promise they will fix it and never do. Thing is: I need that 8 asap since I'm a pro contentmaker. And, to be honest, frustration levels are rising rapidly. Can someone please help me from this swamp that you call a support centre?
