Help

Hi,

 

My name is Mike DiGiovanna, I'm the Events and Equipment manager for Hunter College Athletics. We have a two Hero 4 black go pros and on one of them the screen is cracked but still works. We aren't looking to buy a new one but we are trying to link the go pro up to the app and having diffculties because we can not see the screen since it's cracked. If you could get back to me with a solution as soon as possible I would greatly appreciate it so we can use it for our match this Saturday. Thank you!

You can use the front display to pair your camera.

That display on the left side is where the screen is cracked. The entire screen is black is there another way to get the information so we can set it to the app.

It would be hard to do that if you don't have any screen information at all. 

If you mean the front and back screen is not working it would be best to contact our customer support team via phone or chat.

Since you own two hero 4 blacks why not simply look at your other one and   that will get you up and running, the side button turns on your wifi ciorrect ?  it's a start.
