so its not cameras' either as you've put in your original paragraph. My spelling/grammar isn't brilliant, but I know that which is why I don't pick fault with others, might be an idea for you to do that same
PS I tried searching for Firefly S7 & couldn't find anything, i guess you mean 7S. I suggest you at least learn what your talking about before posting

Dude. Do not try to find error in my english just out of spite and embarrassment. My apostrophe s was the closing of the opening apostrophe which you will notice before the $. I am not finding *finding fault* (its not 'picking fault') with others, but I have no patience with people who dont make the effort to learn basic english grammar as english is the easiest language to learn. I have made the effort to learn 4 other languages and english is BY FAR the best (most clear, logical and expressive). And if its a 7S or an S7. . . now THAT is nitpicking. I feel sorry for you that you are so insecure in yourself that you feel the need to attack me when I simply helped you with your english in a humourous way. (you should be thankful!)

what a load of waffle. If you haven't got patience for bad grammar, can i suggest you don't waste your time picking it out. Its not a forum about language & grammer, its to help other GoPro users.
as for insecurates or attacks, can i point out I haven't had to resort to personal name calling
PS well done on speaking 4 languages, i assume you mentioned it to try & impress

I just had a TERRIBLE experience with customer service. My Hero Session 5 is less than 45 days old and already stopped charging. GoPro says they'll replace the camera (hopefully with one that isn't broken) but refuses to refund it. Problem is, everyone I know with this camera has the same problem. I'll wait and see what the next one is like.
Fingers crossed the new one is not broken.

what is wrong with some people. You reported your problem, GoPro don't repair cameras so offered you a replacement & your not happy. So does that not fix your problem or what, did you expect them to send you 2 GoPro's out as compensation or what
