können sie mir helfen meine Hero3+ Black Edition speichert keinen Ton bei den Aufnhmen was muss ich einstellen das der Ton aufgezeichnet wird??

This is a rather unusual problem.  Can you post a link to one of the video's so it can be examined to see where the failure is occuring?
