Is this only happening when the camera is on the Media Mod?
Please make sure that the camera is up to date.
You can also try resetting the camera to its factory settings.
If it's still the same, please reach out to our Support Team.
They may ask for a sample file.
If this is a recent purchase, you may also reach out to the same store/channel you got the camera from.

When Stereo is selected, try turning the Wi-FI option on the camera OFF.
Do a test recording and see if it makes a difference.
This has also been reported to the team.
