HERO7BLACK BLACK CAN’T ACCESS MEDIA

HI

I CAN CONNECT THE HERO7BLACK BLACK, BUT I CAN NOT ACCESS MEDIA (OR CONTROL THE CAMERA REMOTELY) FROM MY iPAD.

 

I HAVE DELETED & RECOMFIGURED SEVERAL TIMES, ENTERED SEVERAL NAMES, CHECKED THE CONNECTIONS SEVERAL TIMES, REBOOTED MY iPAD & THAT **bleep**ING CAMERA SEVERAL TIMES, CHECKED BLUETOOTH CONNECTIONS & BANDWIDTH SEVERAL TIMES.

 

I AM  S U P E R - P I S S E D - O F F ! ! !  BY NOW😡🤬🤬😡😡😡🤬😡 !!!

I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR THIS **bleep**!!!!

OF COURSE THERE IS NO SUPPORT AVAILABLE FROM GOPRO (SURPRISE🙄🙄🙄🙄) - NOT THE FIRST TIME

BESIDES THERE STILL ARE WRONG INSTRUCTIONS WRITTEN ON THE GOPRO WEBSITE - WHAT COMPETENCE🙄🙄🙄🙄

Do you have the latest version of the mobile app?

Do you observe the same when pairing the camera to another device (ex. your phone)?

Have you tried changing the camera's Wi-Fi Band?

I have the latest version

I changed wifibands

I can pair to my iPhone (which I ABSOLUTELY COULD NOT DO 2 WEEKS AGO😡)

NOW I **bleep**ING CAN'T PAIR TO MY iPAD NO MATTER WHAT! I DO🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡!!!!

 

I tried wifi bands, deleting camera & reinstalling, deleting device & reinstalling, rebooting the camera and iPad, changing names, WiFi connectivity

Which Wi-Fi Band is currently selected?

Were you able to go through the steps on iOS 14 Troubleshooting?
