Hello, my wife got me the gopro HERO7 Silver camera for Christmas, and I have not been able to use it AT ALL. The camera will not charge (I have tried multiple outlets with different housing units, computers, etc.), and when I attempt to start it, I see the gopro logo and then it bluescreens and turns off.
This is my first experience with a GoPro product and needless to say I'm really disappointed.
Has anyone else not been able to use their new camera?

You may want to check to see if you're using the correct compatible memory card, there's a list of them to be found here:
If you are still having issues, try performing a manual update on the software of the camera
If that doesn't work, then try contacting GoPro support directly
