I took it snowboarding and the camea was not responsive at time and I had to pull the battery out and put it back in again to un-freeze it and get it working. Also it won’t charge using the cable that comes with the camera and the battery life is rubbish.
I’m on my 3rd one and they have each had a fault, only had it since Christmas and I’m loosing all faith in the product quickly.

Sorry for any troubles caused.
Was it already recording when the camera froze or was it on stand by mode?
We have received some reports that the freezing issue gets resolved when auto low light is turned off.
See if this also works on your end.

It was in standby mode when it froze.

It seems these cameras have quite a number of faults, any idea what is being done about it as I wouldn’t expect this many issues for the price of the camera, it’s not exactly cheap.

Feel free to post back on how the camera behaves when you turn the low light option off.

Hey I'm curious. When it did this to you, was it at night? I'm wondering if it has something to do with low light, because mine is doing the same thing, although it's not recorded other times as well.
