HERO7 Black Display Malfunction

There is a display malfunction in my GoPro HERO7 Black for which i couldn't find any solution online. I had updated the software and there is no issue with the SD card or battery. The display has 16:9 displayed in the resolution tab and '???' beside it.I am attaching the drive link below for how the display screen is looking. As soon as I try to change the settings, the screen freezes. It also freezes when i try to change the mode from video to photo/timelapse. Please post the solution if you had the same issue.

Thanks for reaching out. From what I can see, it should display the FPS information on that section. If manually reinstalling the firmware update of the camera doesn't help, you may try performing a factory reset in the camera.

It is important to make sure that a recommended SD card is used. There is a list of recommended cards here for your reference.

 

If you are already using one, has updated the camera already, performed a factory reset in the camera and is still experiencing the same issue, our Support team will be able to assist you further. You may reach them by phone or chat through https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs . Let them know about the troubleshooting steps already taken.
