HERO5 Black Confimed, Not shipping! Help!

My order has been received however it has been 5 days and still hasn't been shipped. Please help- our trip leaves in a few days!!

I have the order number/confirmation if that's helpful- I've been trying both online and calling for hours to no avail. Is there anything you can do?
