HERO5 Black - Big screen issue - stripes and half black (see picture)

Hello,

after several months of inactivity, I took back my camera (HERO 5 Black). While turning it ON, I faced the attached screen - half black and stripes.

While taking pictures or videos, the screen keep remaining the same but the output files (jpg, avi, ...) are fine. The touch screen is working.

It is quite handicaping of seeing the half of th screen and menus.

So I tried to update the camera, to reset to factory setup (hard reset), but it didn't work.

I thank you in advance if you have any tipps.
