Minha camera Hero5 sension não conectar o wifi no galaxy A50, ela conecta normal com IPhone 6s e com um Galaxy A5 2017 só que comprei um Galaxy A50 com Android 9 e a mesma não conecta de jeito nenhum ao APP até encontra ela via Bluetooth porém no Wifi não conecta de jeito nenhum me impossibilitando de acessar a câmera, Alguém já passou por esse problema que possa me ajudar?

Sorry to hear you're having issues. Try resetting the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections between your camera and the app, reset the Wi-Fi on your GoPro, then re-pair the two. We would like to check back with you to see if you are already able to connect your A50 device to the camera via GoPro App. Based on the description of the problem, our team finds that the issue is associated with Wi-Fi connectivity. Similar to Network Rating Provider, some Smart Wi-Fi implementations categorize the Wi-Fi networks broadcast by your GoPro camera as having poor signal. Because of this, certain Smart Wi-Fi features need to be disabled. Follow these instructions to do so:
- Disable “Smart Network Switch” or “Auto Network Switch” from the phone’s Wi-Fi settings.
- Go to: Wi-Fi Settings > Advanced > Disable “Smart Network Switch” or “Auto Network Switch.”
