HERO 4 not turning on or charging and heating up

im from hong kong. i dont know if theres a technnical support here in hk. i have a Hero 4 black for for almost a year. its been awesome, rarely use but perfect when using it. i tried to charge it last night to prepare using it today but sadly theres no red light when charging. i also cannot turn on the camera and it heats up very quickly when i charge it. kindly advise how t solve the problem please? thank you.

@sarahc71317 - Has there been any change, like a new SD card or a new way you're charging it (ex. different adapter)? Our team at https://gopro.com/help/PKBContactus can help troubleshoot this for you.

remove battery, allow to sit say 15 minutes,

 if you have  a external charger great, you can see if it works, if you have another battery see ifit works.

 you can try removing hte bat and try using  the charger to turn the camera on.

Also there is a 30 pin cable to   work the camera via the back  port.

same SD card. original wire... so dont know what happened...
