HERO 4 Não consigo apagar mídia da câmera pelo app, fotos atuais não salvam [ New ]

Não sei o que houve... não consigo deletar a mídia que tem no memory e fotos atuais tiradas não ficam salvas na galeria!! 

O que devo fazer??

Não sei também atualizar a câmera... HERO 4 SESSION...

Mesmo memory um tempo atrás funcionava perfeito... tudo ok!! 

Espero que possam me ajudar!!

Hi @guigoprocanada,

Please try to use SD card adapter then save all your files to your computer. 

Reformat your SD card then try to install new camera update manually.

After installing new camera update remove your camera from your phone's Bluetooth settings and from the app (GoPro App)
