I bought HERO 2018 edition to use as a video registrar. In specs on website it said that it supports video looping. I found out that it doesn't actually support video looping and also found other complaints from GoPro users about false advertising. Your support staff suggested them to return the cam. In my case it's too late to return it to retailer. What should I do? I urge GoPro to resolve the situation asap with a patch, because it's unimaginable to treat your customers in such a way, I bought a piece of expensive useless hardware which doesn't have a feature you claimed it does have.

I suggest you head over to reddit.com/r/GoPro. They will explain how to improve your camera's performance.

I bought the cam in early May (I have the receipt) and I surely wouldn't have bought it if I wasn't misleaded into thinking that this functionality is present, as I needed the registrar, not a cam for capturing travels. Since the situation I needed it for resolved back then, I forgot about it and decided to finally set it up properly only after getting into another accident. And I was unable to find out how to enable looping of videos, even though I definitely remember this being advertised, confirmation for which I found. I can't return it because 2 weeks long since passed. Thanks for the link, but I think it won't help me. Performance is ok, the problem is the functionality GoPro advertised when selling the cam is not actually present. Let's wait for official response.
