HELP Hero 7 black TradeUp program shipping label from UPS not received

I ordered my hero 7 black tradeUp but haven't received the shipping label from UPS - spam and inbox checked!!

 

I also raised this with the online chat support and over the phone but I'm told that it can take a couple of days so I'm writing this because someone else wrote about the same experience on March 27 2019, and they recevied an immediate response saying they have re-sent the UPS shipping label on the same day and it worked.

 

Fingers crossed this receives the same level of service as I am buying the camera for a trip later this month and would like to get it before. Otherwise I will be forced to buy somewhere instore and cancel my order but I would much prefer to go via GoPro direct.
