HDMI still not working after 2 years

We, the owners of your Hero 4 Silver who so fulishly installed YOUR frimware version 5, are STILL waiting for an update to FIX YOUR UPDATE.  My camera will connect and broadcast the thumnails to my TVs through the HDMI addapted however when I try to play the videos it goes to a BLUE screen.  I have tried to change the resolution but it still will not play the videos past pressing of the play.

 

I have lost all confidence that this will be resolved and I am currently looking for a replacement camera.  Depending on the responce I get from GoPro I will decide weather or NOT to purchase any more GoPro products.  I am loyal to brands that are loyal to the customers, I will strongly encourage others to stay away from companies who are not.
