Green and purple in my video

Hello,

There is purple and green filling up my screen if I’m recording a video. On my preview and also if I downloaded it to my phone. The GoPro 7 black is up to date.

What can I do? The GoPro is only 3 months old and it’s the first week I use it.

Please upload sample photo or video or a screenshot of the problem. 

 

Have you tried resetting the camera and install new update?
