Re: Grainy Videos When Transferring to PC

Hi @jakesville,

Is that a HERO5 Black?

Or a HERO2018 with a HERO5 firmware?

Not sure if the protune works well with that.

Try to decrease the ISO.

Minimum ISO should be at least 200.

FPS 24

EV +1

Regards,

-Jay

Hi @jakesville,

Are you shooting in a low light situation?

Thanks,

Yes @jakesville,

But you can try to submit sample footage here so that we can check if the grain is just normal or too much.

The reason is - that can don't have protune settings where in you can set ISO.
