Got a Hole on the Power button - Gopro Hero 8 Black

I bought gopro 8 months back. Now my power button got a hole due to continous usage. Never had a thought of damaging of outer cover of Gopro. Was really disappointed.

I tried to contact the gopro helpline once just after getting into this issue. But the person who called me said that they cant help without having the invoice of the purchase. I missed the invoice. I had purchased gopro from Oman and now I am currently residing in India. Now I am trying to contact the seller store in order to reproduce the invoice of the purchase. I dont know if it is possible or not.
