Gopro5/6 Lens protection compatibility on gopro7

Hi,

I just broke my new GoPro hero 7 black lens protection and buy a another one,
But it's a GoPro 5/6 version, my question is , the waterproof still ok ?
Why on the website it exist a different version for the 7 black ?
My original protective lens was dark and the new one is grey...

The lens protectors are compatible and still offer a water tight seal, the only difference is in the color.  The GoPro Hero 5 and 6 black were actually dark grey in color whereas the GoPro Hero 7 black is actually black, hence the different colors of the lens protector.

Thx mate for the answer î was not completely sure it was just a question of color, because the price is different too
