Gopro wont save medias

When i take a picture, it wont save it in the camera, same for videos. Also all my older videos I cant import on my PC. To fix it i tried updating the camera but it says that it failed updating. I tried updating via the app and via PC with Gopro quick. Any idea what the problem is?

use not quick

take ht card to a pc wit ha reader did that work

Thanks for the reply, I did not understand everything you said so I couldnt try it BUT your comment made me realise that my SD card might be the problem and i will try with a new SD card.
