I bought my gopro hero 6 in 2018 March and after that I had to replace it 4 or 5 time, since every camera they sent get flooded at first attempt in water. Terrible !!! In my last complain they offered me 40% discount for hero7 and I agreed. I sent my camera just as before and they confirmed that the goods were received. First they offered me a discount code and later i found that it doesnt work in my country... and now they are asking me to call US or singapore to get this camera. yet I called, but nobody is picking up. Further, I have done all my warrenty returns in the past with free shipping and for this new one they ask me to pay for shipment, which is not ethical. All these troubles are because of your faulty products and bad customer handling.... SHAME ON YOU GOPRO... kindly pay your attention to fix my problem.
