Gopro warranty issue in Bulgaria

Well, GoPro support is unavailable so I’ll brief my problem here.

I've dropped my hero 5 black and the LCD screen has cracked. Camera itself works fine but display is damaged. I've reached out to official GoPro dealer in Bulgaria (http://basecamp-shop.com) asking for out-of-warranty screen replacement at my expense. Dealer claimed they can't repair my camera because there are no technical personnel available at their company. I’ve been told to purchase a new touch screen from wherever I can and to find any third-party technician to perform the repair.

Well, this solution could work but thereby I should lose the warranty due to the unauthorised camera repair. What if something covered by the warranty broke any next?

Any suggestion on how should I sort this catch 22 out?

@stanislavz73027 - We don't offer a screen replacement for the HERO5 Black. If the camera is still working, the crack shouldn't be too much of an issue unless you want to go underwater.
