My gopro voice command and sound quality has stopped working for no reason.
This is strange as it has been working perfectly not until last month.
What could be the problem? Is there a new firmware update to resolve this issue?
I'm using the Hero 5

sound was overly loud to start out with, never fixed that. Voice command never spot on, same issue no fix. go t othe site go get the manual firmware and Re-Flash it, then factory reset the camera. report back if issue still persists go grab a video of you issue and go contact a call center of gopro or chat center and direct them here.

If this is something that has never happened before, you may try reinstalling the camera's firmware as it can help correct any errors with the current software installation in the camera. Follow the manual update instructions specified on this article: Software Update Instructions for HERO5 Black
Performing a factory reset in the camera might also help. Reset Camera Settings
