Gopro support problem

Hello, my gopro hero 5 black just stopped working 7 days ago. I've tried to contact gopro support since then by chat, because I'm travelling and I bought it in a different country. But everytime shows this:
" Sorry, all agents are helping other customers right now. Please try again later"
I've tried to contact them in different countries, but all times with the same result. 4 days ago expired the warranty (1 year since I bougth it) and it's impossible to contact them.
Is there any other way?
My camera doesn't charge (overheat a lot), even without MicroSD, does not turn on (the leds are not working), is not recogniced by the computer, nothing, is dead.

The problem is that I'm travelling arround many countries and bought it in China. Now I'm in Cambodia, where there is no support telephone line and chat. So I was trying to contact Chinese suport, but it's impossible.
