Gopro session wifi problem

My gopro session 4 wont do wifi reset, nor hard reset. I Need that to try to pair with the smart phone app, so you can conclude I can't pair the app with the camera. I can navigate in the menus, but when I choose exit, it takes a while to shutoff. It's not normal. Also when I try to pair new app, the blue light wont light on. I asked GoPro support directly by Email and I got ridiculous responses from them that prove that I'm answered by a bot. They asked me at the end to take my cam to a service place. I don't have a gopro service center in my country so that option is troublesome.

I am sorry to hear that you are still having issues with that camera, however it does look you had a case open where one of our agents was going through the warranty process to see if the camera was still covered. I would recommend reaching back out to our Support Team and let them know you have a previous case that is unresolved.
