Gopro session not pairing

I have a gopro session 1 and for some reason it will no longer pair with my mobile phone or remote. I have followed the steps to reset wifi setting and start again but still won't conect to my remote and tells me I am entering an incorrect password when I try to connect to my phone. Any help is appreciated

you need to forget the devices in your phone  its only halfdone. no need to contact support.
