Gopro screen not working

What do I do when the camera is still on but the screen is not working in the Gopro hero 2018

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear about the trouble. Ensure that the SD card isn't inserted between the SD card slot and the battery. Doing so can put pressure on the back of the touch display.

Additionally, reinstalling the firmware update of the camera can help correct any errors with the current software installation. Follow the manual update instructions specified in this article: https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/How-to-Update-GoPro-Cameras
