So here we are 8 days later and NOTHING. I contacted the chat again and they can't see what's going on. They said I just "have to wait"
Is it unreasonable to expect a response within at least 4 days when I'm told 1-2? I'm going on a hike next week and wanted to bring my replacement gopro but it looks like I won't have it. I'm about to write off this company altogether and get something else. At least then I'd get Amazon's 2 day shipping and know I'll have it.
How do I get an answer from gopro??
