Gopro not showing wifi

I have a GoPro hero 5 session, when I go to Connection Settings, Connect New Device, and click the check mark it shows please try again. I have tried to reset the device multiple times, I have manually updated it and still no luck. Everything else about the camera works just as normal, but it is almost unusable for me if I can't check the footage live.
