Gopro not shipped

I submitted a gopro for trade-up with the label I printed from an email gopro sent me. On that email it said Gopro would notify me when it had received my Gopro, and again when it shipped my Gopro to me. It claimed that within 14 days of receiving my Gopro, it would ship me mine. I don’t know if this is only business days, but today marks day 15 since I received Gopro’s confirmation that they received my trade-up, so I just want to confirm that there is no problem and that any day now I will get the ‘shipped’ email.

Based on the records, we are waiting for our Warehouse Team to confirm receipt of the item.

Once the status is updated the order will ship out.

I have tracked my package and it says it was delivered Tuesday: 1,12,2021. I’m not sure why it wouldn’t be registered at the wear house.
