I am sorry to hear you are having some freezing issues with that camera. Freezing is usually related to an issue with the software installation or the SD Card.

If you are still having issues after that let us know what SD Card you are using and what version of software you are on.

Everything working perfect now, even when camera was freezing some videos was perfect also .. 4k 60 fps crystal clean better than live :)
But after i formated sd and updated again with desktop app, its working perfect!

Your recommendations are garbage. I paid the $70 for Stellar and it flat does not work. Your second recommendation for Wondershare links back to the Stellar website and the third option intstalls spyware and no vieo. Who exactly do you work for???

So has this problem ever successfully been resovled for anyone? My Hero6 failed first week I had it and they pulled the SD card (which was part of the GoPro in the box), and then the firmware. Now two years later the camera said the SD card was full then empty all at the same time. So I got a new SD card the correct brand and I am back to video freeze and audio continue on the videos. PRETTY DISAPPOINTING.
