Gopro hero black 7 not working since bought

I am deeply disappointed of my camera. This is the first one I bought, and it hasn't been working properly ever since. I got it at Best buy in Mexico in March, I bought it with an extra battery, but the battery drains super fast, the camera overheats and it freezes under water (just used it in the sink), only way for it to work again is to pull out and put on the the battery again. I have the latest software in the camera.

Anyone else has experienced the same issue? What should I do? Can I get it replaced in the US?

@giovannirescia, sorry to hear about the trouble. It is essential to make sure that the camera is updated to the latest firmware and that a recommended SD card is used. Using SD cards that aren't recommended can cause issues like freezing as the card isn't fast enough to write the content, the camera getting hot or battery consumption is higher than normal as the camera stays in an active mode trying to sync to the card. There is a list of recommended cards here for your reference.
