Gopro hero 8

Voila mon probleme , j'ai reçu ma gopro hero 8 il y a 3 jours, elle fonctionnait trés bien , une mise à jour a été faite . Bien installée , à la suite de ça, j'ai rallumé ma gopro, j'ai voulu faire une photo et elle s'est completement bloquée sur l'image, plus rien à faire . J'ai voulu l'eteindre et la rallumer . A chaque demarrage de ma gopro elle se fige sur la vue quelle a au demarrage . Rien a en tirer . J'ai déjà tenté d'enlever la batterie, la carte SD, etc.

Une solution pour la rebooter ou autre chose a faire?

@greensand25856, sorry to hear about the trouble. This isn't the kind of experience we want you to have. The freezing issue in a camera is usually an indicator that the camera's software needs to be updated or there is potentially an issue with the microSD being used.

If your HERO8 Black camera has already been updated to the latest firmware version, reinstalling the firmware update of the camera can help correct any errors with the current software installation. Follow the Manual Update instructions specified in this article: https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/How-to-Update-GoPro-Cameras/ta-p/394229

Make sure that the camera is updated to the latest firmware and a recommended SD card is used.
