Gopro hero 7 white focus issue [ New ]

Hi I have a hero 7 white and the focus is poor. Both photo and video is blurred and I cant read a clock 2m away . What can I do to fix it ?

Would you be able to share a sample file?

Have you tried resetting the camera?

Also, please make sure that the lens is clean.

Hi Ej thanks for the response. I've reset the camera to factory default. Cleaned the lens with a lens cloth so it is clean. Will take a photo and try and upload
