Gopro hero 7 overheating nad battery drains even when off inside a bag and pocket.

Recently i purchase a gopro hero 7 black from TATA cliq website, the camera works fine before but all of a sudden the camera heats up and drains all the juice from the battery even if its in power off mode also, the camera becomes very hot and drains all the battery when i take it for some journey on keeping the camera inside the bag or jacket's pocket. This never happens before, kindly suggest from your end the solution to solve this issue.

Purchase date- 10/08/2019

Should you get a run time significantly shorter than the expected battery life, despite using a recommended SD card https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/SD-Cards-that-Work-with-GoPro-Cameras/ta-p/394308 and the camera being updated to the latest firmware, let our Support team know.
