My gopro hero 7 suddenly stop working and red light status stay on.

Hi @victors631

Try to take out the battery and the sd card.

Once the light goes out, out the battery back and charge the camera.

Then proceed with a manual update. https://gopro.com/en/us/update/hero7-black
