Gopro hero 7 black bitrate

So i just got my HERO 7 Black and as they say on the site the Max bitrate is 78Mb/s on 4K With protune is ON

so thats exactly what i did I recorded at 4K Protune is On with custom settings and then i go to see the file info on Windows 10 and it says 60Mb/s.

and i can't get it to record at 78Mb/s.

maybe that's because my SD Card wont write more than that, maybe it's not fast enough?

I use the SanDISK Extreme 64GB microSD XC I V30 A1 (3.

does the sd card dosen't support that Bitrate or i'm missing something?

Re: Gopro hero 7 black bitrate

It records with a variable Bitrate so it might not have needed that level. 4K/60fps w/Protune On will generally record between 60-78.

Re: Gopro hero 7 black bitrate

You're getting Megabytes and Megabits confused. Mb/s is Megabits where MB/s is Megabytes. A Megabyte is 8 Megabits.

You may have wanted to say: "60 Mb/s and some with 78 Mb/s"
