Gopro hero 5 wont turn [ New ]

Hi! I have a gopro hero 5 and after I updated it, it won't turn on anymore. and it also doesn't charge. Can it still be fixed? And how? Hope you can help or give suggestions on what to do with it. Thanks!

May I know what SD card are you using? 

Are you using one of the recommended SD cards? Check this link:  https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/microSD-Card-Considerations

If your SD card is not on the list you may try to change your SD card and install the update manually. 

Here's how:  https://gopro.com/help/articles/how_to/Software-Update-Instructions-for-HERO5-Cameras

You may also try to use other cable and check if you will see any light indicator blinking. 

If all of those won't work, contact GoPro Customer Support.

Im using sandisk sd card. When i try to charge it only the camera indicator status in the bottom is turned red.

It looks like it's a battery issue. 
You may contact GoPro Customer Support for clarification or second opinion.
