I have a gopro fusion, when I was in rafting tour some water go to battery area (I think the door didn't lock perfectly and water go through the battery area, not too much)
after that the battery didn't recognize by camera (when battery charge go to zero) but camera still working with power bank or charger and take Pic or video.
I can't re-charge battery because the camera didn't find battery.
Is the problem for battery or camera battery socket?
How can I solve this problem?
If I should send it to gopro for repair camera, which address I should?
Thanks for giving me the best ideas

Sorry to hear about what happened. So long as all camera doors are closed, the Fusion camera is waterproof down to 5m (16ft) without a housing. We want to look at what we can do to extend our help. Please contact our Support team by phone or chat through https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs.
