Gopro audio issue: recording breathing

Hello everyone,

Today was my first day trying out my GoPro hero 5 session on my local mountain bike trail. Unfortunately, the audio collected more of me talking and breathing rather than the trail I was riding (the sound of the trail). I mount my camera under the visor of my helmet right where my forehead is (i found that mount from seths bike hacks who has really good audio on his videos). Please see the example of the warmup clip. What can I do to reduce this sound next time? The session picks up breathing even if I am not breathing hard.

Same problem.  Newly acquired Session 5 mounted under the bill of a ball cap.  In my case, not strenuous activity at all, but my breathing noise makes the audio unusable.

Is there any way to prevent this? Like a setting or a new mountain option. Would mounting it on top of the visor instead of below would help?
