I had requested for a gopro replacement and it got approved . I got doubt when approached for chat it's showing chat is currently not available why is it so .? And no one is taking call in the number for India .? Need urgent help
If you do not have GoPro Plus phone/chat is only available during certain business hours. If you were approved for a replacement you should have received an email with a RMA number and instructions.
