Gopro Max display screen black [ New ]

Hi,

I have gopro max almost 1 month, now suddenly the display screen become black not showing up any pictures

i tried to re-install firmware with manual update, factory reset and removing the sd card it doesnt help

it works when i do remote control from gopro app, recording is works

but until now the display screen on camera won't showed up

what i need to do, can you help me?

What was the last activity done with the camera?

Do you observe the same when the SD card is not inserted?
