Gopro MAX Horizon leveler saying unavailable and not working [ New ]

When I turn on the camera, the horizon leveler settings keeps saying unavailable. I’ve tried going through the settings and seeing if there is an update but no avail. Its not in 360 mode and all of my footage shakes and I need a smooth video

Horizon Leveling is available on MAX(HERO mode)

Please make sure that Max Hypesmooth is turned on.
