Gopro India Replacement of dead hero black 7 [ New ]

I recently bought a gopro Hero 7 black camera from flipkart website  on 2nd oct 2019 but it was dead on arrival I tried alot to replace but they are giving new excuses and new date for replacement and I'm fed up so I thought why shouldn't I replace directly from gopro but I came to know that "creative peripherals" who do RMA needed an approvel from GoPRo after that they will replace.

I tried calling gopro contact no. given on website "+000 800 100 9541" but every time I got response "we regret your call can not be connected" I tried to chat contact but it was always unavailable. 

Please help me so I can replace my faulty "Gopro hero 7 black action camera" I tried all my way of contacting Gopro.

As this is a recent purchase, you can refer to the same store/channel you got the camera from.
